Hi! I’m Paige Fowler. I am a first-year pre-pharmacy major. I am from a small town in Southern New Hampshire called Newmarket. It is right next to the University of New Hampshire, which is about an hour away from us here. Locationally, I love where I live. I’m only twenty minutes away from the beach, an hour away from Boston and forty-five minutes away from most ski mountains up north. Socially however, I do not really like where I am live. Newmarket is a very small town where everyone knows everyone and word travels fast. The only other thing I don’t like is how cold it gets here. I am always cold. Everyone will be in shorts and a t-shirt and I will still be in a jeans and a sweatshirt. So, people always ask why would I want to go to school in Maine! Well, UNE just seemed like the place where I should be and I couldn’t imagine being far away from my family. I have two sisters, Courtney, who is older than me, and Kaylen who is younger than me. They are like my best friends. When I come home from break we spend a lot of time together doing stupid stuff like getting our nails done, going shopping, watching movies and stuff like that just because we enjoy each others company!
